Hardening, tempering

Chamber furnaces for hardening, tempering or annealing. With robust design suitable for trouble free work in harsh environment. They provide uniformity of temperature inside the chamber, high stability of heating elements and safety.

The base plate is made from heat resistant cast steel.

Dimensions of working chamber are chosen by customer. Working temperature up to 1100oC (available solutions up to 1320oC) heated from 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 sides of the working chamber. Direction of opening the door is up, left or right.

Furnaces provide precision in process of annealing, quenching or tempering thanks to specially selected heating elements, precise temperature measure equipment with modern microprocessor controller.



Safety switch off the voltage on the heating elements upon opening the doors. This increase the safety of the device.

The auto tune function – is the ability of controller to automatically adjust the working conditions of the furnace, depending on the type of heated materials, the characteristic of the process technology. The PID control output reacts according to the three parameters: Proportional, Integral and Derivative. The values of these parameters affect the delivery of appropriate amounts of power to maintain the temperature at the reference signal without oscillations. For a stable work the values of these three parameters must be tuned to the characteristics of a regulated process. In the Bentroup company controllers this function is performed automatically used advanced self-tuning algorithm.
